OCTOBER | National Physical Therapy Month

October is National Physical Therapy Month! 🧡
This month, we're celebrating something we believe in every single day:
MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE.
You don't have to be an athlete.
You don't have to be young.
You don't have to be pain-free.
You simply have to start where you are.
Regular movement can help build strength, maintain mobility, improve balance, and keep your body ready for the activities and people you love.
-
This month, we're encouraging our community to choose movement. 💪
Your body was made to move. Let's keep it moving!

We will be closing COUGAR BEND our main location for a small facelift! As we grow and expand and get called things like
THE BEST Physical Therapy Office, we are keeping in mind our dedicated 20+ year office. We want your experience to start at the door, so our contracting crew will be "moving" through a few small changes over the weekend.
If you have an appointment, we will be happy to see you at our second location
In The Village at 2355 Bulverde Rd Ste. #4
Stop by the main location to see the new changes next week!

Expressing our gratitude is something we don't shy away from. Because without you all - there would be no US!
So when one of our patients takes the time to leave us a few kind words, it means the WORLD 🌎to us.
-
One thing we hear often is just how personal our care is.
📣WARNING: Coming to see us may induce nostalgia from a time when CARE came first.
