My story—
I never had back pain.
I had a gut that wouldn’t heal.

For years I struggled with chronic heartburn, GERD, and IBS. I thought it was normal.

Chiropractic helped my body regulate. My gut healed. I got off medication. My body finally felt safe enough to heal.

Motherhood made it even clearer. When my newborn was stressed, I knew I wanted to help moms and babies thrive from the very start.

So much to be grateful for this season.

The holidays are already full of joy, but this year feels extra special for us at New Wave. We’re officially stepping into a new chapter and exploring expansion into a new office space at the start of 2026.

More room to serve, more space for families, and an even deeper commitment to the work we feel called to do. Standing here today, it’s hard not to pause and take it all in.
