✨ Employee Spotlight: Deshonda May, LPN ✨

Since joining Aperion Care Burbank in 2017 as a CNA, Deshonda has continued to grow with our team, earning her LPN degree in 2020 and bringing the same positive attitude to her role every day.

No matter how busy things get, Deshonda is always ready to lend a hand. Whether she's helping pass meal trays or stepping in when residents need immediate assistance, her teamwork and willingness to support others never go unnoticed. 😃

Deshonda's kindness, dependability and cheerful spirit make a difference for both her coworkers and residents. Thank you Deshonda for all that you do!!

In recognition of Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month, we took a moment to pause and reflect on our own memory health and well-being.

As caregivers, it can be easy to overlook ourselves while focusing on others. We reflected and released some of that weight by writing down a worry to let go of.

Thank you to our incredible staff for the compassion they show each day, to our residents, and to each other. 💜

Today is for the dads, with gratitude for all they mean to their families and loved ones. 🥰
