Shouting out one of our amazing Receptionists/Activity Aides, Melissa! 🌟

For nearly two years, Melissa has been a friendly face for residents, families and visitors, using her fluency in both English and Spanish to easily connect with everyone. Recently, she turned a walk-in tour into an admission overnight—a testament to her professionalism, confidence and knowledge of our special community here at Aperion Care Burbank.

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆'𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: "I did some short-term therapy here for two weeks for a knee replacement, I'm better now, getting ready to go. I love Aperion because I've been working with them for over three years. My sister's been living here—Coree—they're taking such good care of her, I decided to come and join her. And we're both here together having fun enjoying each other. I adore the place, I love the staff, everybody is beautiful. They're being caring, they're being kind. So if you have a loved one who needs to come over here, bring 'em on over. I would recommend it highly. I love the place and I'm happy that we had the opportunity to be here." ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Since joining Aperion Care Burbank at the end of 2024, Alana has brought a calm, positive presence to the team. No matter how busy the day gets, she stays focused and is eager to help wherever she's needed.

Alana's kindness and dependability make a difference for both her coworkers and residents. We appreciate her wonderful help creating the kind of supportive, comforting environment that makes our community special.

Outside of work, Alana enjoys going to the gym, crocheting and checking out new restaurants.

Francisca has part of Aperion Care Burbank for four years, and Elena for an incredible 16 years. Both a true team players - dedicated, dependable and always showing up with care and compassion. They've built such great relationships with our residents, who truly adore them.
