Good Saturday (I think it’s Saturday!?) to you all. I have been uncustomarily quiet on this page as of late, and for that, I apologize. Most of you know I work an expanded week and don’t take many days off, so have had quite the adjustment to being told I cannot practice what I love on the people I care about. Hopefully, this may be coming to an end soon and so it is time to put some thoughts that I have been having out into the Universe.

I have been overwhelmed with the concerned outreach from all of you who have been worried about how I am doing without an income. I am truly touched and grateful that you would think of me when you, yourself, have your own fears for the future. I hold my hand over my heart as I say, thank you. I have worried about each and every one of you in turn.

Soon we will be able to get back to work, albeit with some new procedures for health and safety. I have kept a list of all your cancellations in the order in which you were originally scheduled, so as we get close to the “All Clear”, I will contact you in that order. If you are feeling continued concern for your safety, you should feel free to pass on being rescheduled until your fears subside, no judgements or recriminations. I look forward to seeing each of you when you are ready.

Until then, sleep well, eat well, turn off the news, reach out to old friends, check on your family. I so look forward to a sterile hip bump with you soon. And we will laugh, that I promise!
