Big Birthday Love in the Studio This Month!🩷🩷

We’ve got double the reasons to celebrate this October. A very Happy Birthday to two of our absolute gems — Jessica and Crystal! 💖✨

Thank you both for holding space so beautifully and bringing your vibrant energy, warmth, and love into our studio community week after week. You make every practice brighter just by being you, and we are so lucky to have your light in our tribe.🌞

Repost from our lovely instructor, Reigan 💕 “Yoga has found me in so many different seasons of my life. 🤍

It’s been there when I needed to slow down, when life felt heavy, when I needed to reconnect with myself, and in the moments when I simply needed to breathe. ✨

Somehow, every time I step onto my mat, I find my way back to myself a little more.

Having the privilege to teach Yoga since 2020 has been the 🍒 on top. To be able to share this practice that has helped guide me with others, is something I’ll never take for granted.

And then there’s my yoga home. 🫶🏼
I’m so grateful for The Groovy Yoga Studio - for this community, for the beautiful souls I get to teach alongside, and for the space we get to create together.

Feeling extra grateful for this practice, this place, and the people who make it so special. 🙏📿
