The guy training for a fall half marathon and the woman finding more hair in her brush every morning ask us the same thing.

Is there a peptide for that?

Sometimes. It depends on what "that" is, and on who's asking.

Most folks have only heard about peptides one way, as a weight loss tool. So they never ask about the rest of the list.

The list is longer than you'd guess.

Your body makes hundreds of its own peptides, each with a narrow job. One tells muscle it's time to repair. Another has a say in when you get sleepy.

That's why two people can ask about peptides and mean two different things.

What are folks in Burleson working toward?

Building muscle, and keeping it as the years add up. Recovering faster between hard workouts. Sleep that's deeper and doesn't quit at 3 a.m. Weight loss support when progress stalls.

Hair that's thinning sooner than they'd like. Skin, collagen, and aging on their own terms. Performance, whether that's a 5K or a full Saturday of yard work.

Different goals point to different peptides. Some point to none at all, and we'll tell you that too. Nothing gets started without a consult.

That's where we look at what you're hoping for, your health history, and the medications you're on. Every plan runs under physician oversight.

And if the PEP Card has been on your mind, here's the short of it.

It's $500 in peptide credits, and you decide where they go after that consult.

Goals first, then a plan, then peptides from a licensed pharmacy, nowhere else. Mention it at the front desk, whether it's your tenth visit or your first.

Peptember only comes once a year, so come see us on Renfro or shoot us a message with the goal you've been sitting on.

We'll tell you plainly whether peptides belong in your plan, and there are no hard feelings if the answer is no.

The shot's working. Your appetite's gone, the jeans fit different, and by Thursday you're worn out before lunch.

Both of those can be true at the same time. The second one is a lot more common than anyone warns you about.

Here's the plain version of why.

A good share of your water used to come in with your meals. So did your protein, your B vitamins, and minerals like magnesium and zinc.

Eat half as much and all of that gets cut in half too. The medication never promised to make up the difference. That part falls to the rest of your plan.

So what does the rest of the plan look like here in Burleson?

Fluids come standard. Every drip here comes in a full bag of them, so you're rehydrating no matter which one you choose.

The Metabolize IV, amino acids and B vitamins with magnesium, zinc, and calcium, for the weeks your meals got small.

IM Lean, our quick shot. It's methionine, inositol, and choline, plus B12 and taurine. A few minutes, no chair time.

NAD+ for the stretch where the scale is moving and you can't keep your eyes open past eight.

None of it gets added because it's on the menu. Our nurses go over your health history, plus the full list of what you take, including the one in your fridge, before anything gets started.

Thinking about starting a GLP-1? Here that begins with a consultation, a licensed pharmacy supplying it, and a physician overseeing your plan from the first week on.

Already on one through a telehealth company or your family doctor? That's fine by us. Bring the schedule they gave you and we'll work around it, and we'll say so honestly if something doesn't fit.

Stop by, call, or send a message. You'll leave knowing exactly what you're getting and why.

⭐ Real words from real clients. Because feeling your best speaks for itself!

We love hearing how DRIPBaR Burleson is helping you stay energized, healthy, and ready to take on life — one drip at a time.

"How much should I take?"

We hear that a lot in Burleson, and our honest answer is always the same. We don't know yet. Not until we know you.

A lot of peptides sold online arrive with a label that says "for research use only." It means nobody vouched for it going into a human being.

The dosing instructions? Usually a comment thread. Written by someone with a different weight, a different medicine cabinet, and no clue you exist.

So why does the amount matter?

Your dose depends on you. Weight, age, medications, goals, and how your body responds early on.

Two neighbors can ask about the same peptide and leave with two different plans. That's the job done right.

Supervised protocols tend to start low and change only when there's a reason to. Doubling up because you "didn't feel anything yet" is how folks get into trouble.

Some peptides act on the same systems as common medications.

Blood sugar. Appetite. Blood pressure. A physician with your medication list catches that before the first dose. An order form never will.

And peptides work by signaling, so the schedule is part of the dose. How often you take it matters as much as how much you take.

Here's what oversight looks like at The DRIPBaR Burleson:

Our team goes through your health history and every medication you take first.

Your peptides are fulfilled by a licensed pharmacy, so the label matches the vial.

A physician sets your dose, watches how you respond, and decides when it should change. If something feels off, you have a number to call, and the person who answers has your chart.

If that sounds slower than ordering online, it is. On purpose.

Peptember is our month for questions like this.

Bring yours by our place on Renfro or send a DM.

No pressure. Just plain answers from people who'll remember your name. ;)

Cooler's packed. Smoker's lit. Tuesday hasn't crossed anyone's mind yet.

That's a Burleson Labor Day, and we're all for it.

But we also see what the weekend does to people, because plenty of folks come see us the week after, tired, foggy, and wondering why a full day of water didn't help much.

Short explanation, no lecture.

Alcohol works as a diuretic, which is the polite way of saying you'll make a lot of trips to the bathroom and lose fluid every time.

Magnesium goes out with the water. And your body spends B vitamins and zinc breaking the alcohol down. Refilling the water bottle only handles one piece of that.

Restoration is the recovery drip on our menu: IV fluids with Vitamin C, Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc, B12, B-Complex, and Taurine.

Our nurses run it straight into your bloodstream, so nothing depends on a stomach that's already had a long weekend.

How do you use it around a weekend like this?

Come in before, so you start it hydrated, with your electrolytes and B vitamins already in place.

Come back after, so the fluid, magnesium, zinc, and B vitamins the weekend used up go back in.

And from your neighbors on Renfro: pace yourself, get a real meal in first, keep water close, and plan your ride before the first one.

A drip is how you take care of yourself afterward. It isn't permission to overdo it.

Drink responsibly. DRIP consistently.

Book your before for this weekend and your after for next week.

Questions about which day to come in? DM us. We'll get you set.

One is good. Two is better.

That's the thinking behind our offer at The DRIPBaR Burleson: Come back within 7 days of your first immunity IV, and the second one is only $139.

Why the 7-day window?

Vitamin C is water-soluble. Your body takes what it can use, clears the rest within hours, and doesn't set any aside for next week.

So one drip does its job, and a week later your body has already used it up. A second one inside the week brings those levels right back up, at the exact point most people would've called it done.

And September isn't the month to call it done. School's back, the calendar's full, and whatever's going around the classrooms doesn't stay in the classrooms.

Which drips qualify?

Shield: vitamin C, zinc, magnesium, B vitamins, and NAC.

Flu Fighter: vitamin C, magnesium, and zinc.

Post Viral: vitamin C, magnesium, B vitamins, glutamine, and glutathione.

Not sure which one fits how you're feeling? Ask.

Our team will talk it through with you, no pressure, and every drip is prepared in a dedicated isolator hood that meets pharmacy-grade standards, under licensed medical oversight.

Come in for the first, and we'll set the second before you head out.

It's PEPtember! And guess what?

There's a new card at The DRIPBaR Burleson, and it does exactly one thing.

Meet the PEP Card. $500 in peptide credits, put toward the peptides you choose.

Here's why we built it around choice.

Peptide therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. The protocol that helps one person sleep deeper isn't automatically the right call for someone chasing faster recovery or steady weight loss support.

So the PEP Card starts with a conversation, not a checkout.

You sit down with our team for a consult. We talk through your goals, your health history, and what you've already tried.

Together we map out the stack that fits you best. Your credits go toward that plan. Your choice, your pace.

Whatever you're working toward:

- Weight loss support and metabolic health.
- Recovery and muscle repair.
- Deeper, more consistent sleep.
- Healthy aging from the inside out.

Every step happens under licensed medical oversight, right here in Burleson.

And the timing is no accident.

September is PEPtember, a full month of peptide education on this page.

Follow along, ask your questions, and when you're ready to move past the reading stage, ask about a PEP Card at your next visit.

Third coffee of the day and it's not even lunch.

Burleson, let's talk about what's actually going on.

Caffeine doesn't create energy. It just quiets the part of your brain asking for rest.

NAD+ is different. It's the coenzyme your cells depend on to turn your food into real fuel.

Here's the part nobody mentions.

NAD+ production falls as you age, and the science on that is consistent. Less NAD+ means your cells work harder to do the same job.

Sound familiar?

- Workouts you pay for until Thursday.
- A short fuse by dinnertime.
- Naps that don't fix anything.

A NAD+ IV drip sends it straight to your bloodstream, bypassing digestion entirely. It's a longer appointment, so claim a white leather chair and settle in. Our nurses keep an eye on you from first drip to last.

In and out kind of person? Ask about the NAD+ quick shot version when you visit.

No pressure, no script. Just honest answers about whether NAD+ makes sense for you.
