We’ll be there alongside our residents, families, friends, and team members, coming together for a cause that touches so many lives.

October is Social Isolation Awareness Month, making it an important time to recognize the signs of social isolation and encourage meaningful connection. 💙

At Elk Creek, we help residents build daily connections through:

💙 Meaningful friendships and opportunities to connect with neighbors who share their interests
💙 Engaging activities through our Passion Program, from discovering new interests to continuing favorite hobbies
💙 Movement and wellness programs that create opportunities for social connection
💙 Community celebrations, local outings, and Family & Friends events that bring residents, families, and neighbors together
💙 Welcoming dining and gathering spaces that encourage conversation, connection, and lasting friendships
