“My shoulder hurts when I do this…”

proceeds to perform the wildest arm movement possible 😂

Sometimes pain shows up with normal everyday things like reaching, lifting, sleeping, or working out — and that’s worth getting checked.

But sometimes your shoulder is just saying:

“Please stop doing whatever that was.” 😅

All jokes aside, if your shoulder or back pain keeps coming back, affects your daily life, or limits your movement, don’t just ignore it.

Your body is usually trying to tell you something.

Adjustments are powerful. 👏

Yet healing is also about what you do outside the office too.

🥗 Food affects inflammation
💧 Hydration affects mobility
🧠 Your lifestyle affects your nervous system

You can’t stay stressed, dehydrated, under-slept, and inflamed… and expect your body to fully heal.

The adjustment helps guide the body.
Your daily habits help support the healing. ✨

Save this for a reminder & send it to someone who needs it.

Your rearview mirror can be a posture reminder 🚗🪞

Before you start driving, sit up tall with your hips back in the seat, shoulders relaxed, and head stacked over your body ✅

Then adjust your rearview mirror from that position.

Now, if you start slouching, the mirror will feel “off” — and that’s your cue to reset ⬆️

Small posture reminders like this can help reduce the neck, shoulder, and low back tension that builds up during long drives 😮‍💨

It does not have to be perfect posture.

It just has to be a better position more often 🙌

Save this and try it next time you get in the car 📌

Your spine remembers every rep. 👀

Proper lifting form isn’t just about performance — it’s about protecting your body so you can keep training long term. Lift smart, brace well, and leave your ego at the door. 💪

Want to need your chiropractor less? Start here.

One of the biggest reasons people build up low back, neck, and shoulder tension is not because they “slept wrong” or “moved wrong.”

It’s because they stayed still too long.

If you sit for work, drive a lot, or spend hours on the computer, your body needs small movement breaks throughout the day.

Try this every 30–60 minutes:

✅ Stand up
✅ Reach overhead
✅ Do 5 gentle back bends
✅ Take 3 deep breaths

You do not need a perfect routine.

You need simple resets done consistently.

Save this and try it once every hour today.

Spinal degeneration doesn’t happen overnight.

In this video, Dr. Kyle breaks down some of the common factors that can contribute to wear and tear in the spine over time — including posture, repetitive stress, injuries, aging, and lack of proper movement.

The goal isn’t fear. It’s awareness.

When you understand what can contribute to spinal degeneration, you can take better steps to protect your mobility, improve function, and support long-term spinal health.

Your spine loves smart movement.
Wobble disc work helps wake up the deep spinal stabilizers, improve balance and posture, and create gentle, controlled motion that can support disc health by encouraging circulation and muscular support around the spine. Small movements, big benefits. 🌀💪 FunctionalMovement Mobility RehabExercise

Cervical traction in clinic—what’s the point? 👇

For the right patient (especially neck pain that travels into the shoulder/arm), cervical traction can be a helpful add-on. Research supports traction most when it’s used as part of a bigger plan—think manual care + mobility + strengthening.

In our office, we use traction selectively to help:
✅ calm symptoms
✅ reduce pressure/irritation for some cases
✅ improve comfort so you can move and recover better

Vibration plate after an adjustment—why do we do it? 👇

Whole-body vibration (WBV) is one of the tools we may use to support movement and recovery after treatment. Research suggests WBV can help improve pain, disability, balance, and proprioception in people with chronic low back pain when used appropriately as part of a plan—not as a stand-alone “magic fix.”

In our office, we use it as an adjunct to help reinforce better movement patterns and body awareness after an adjustment.

✅ Quick
✅ Patient-specific
✅ Best paired with rehab + strengthening
