Happy Earth Day everyone! It’s a great day to have a loved one help with planting at their home or within their community. You could even help them start a recycling bin or a compost pile. Activities such as these can help with their physical and mental health, social interaction and emotional well-being. When someone isn’t able to live their life the same as they could before, having a sense of purpose can help lighten their spirits.
These activities not only help our earth, but also your loved one. Don’t forget to use an assistive device as needed. I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful day!
