Join us Thursday 12:00-12:45 for a PERFECT lunch time movement break! Our birth prep class focuses on hip mobility, optimal positioning, and movements to engage baby in the pelvis.
We geek out about physiology and the WHY behind what we are doing for 5 minutes, then we flow.
This class is perfect throughout your entire pregnancy, so it's not to early to start these movement patterns and to be creating space for your baby!
