Flannel Friday at Fait. 🍁

The leaves are falling, the weather is getting cooler, and that means it's time to break out our favorite cozy flannels!

Our Fait teams embraced the fall season with a little Flannel Friday fun. Nothing beats a little team spirit to wrap up the workweek!

1 in 8 women in the U.S. will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. Behind every statistic is a mother, sister, friend, or loved one whose life has been impacted.

This week, the Fait team is wearing pink to show our support for those fighting, honor survivors, and raise awareness about the importance of early detection.

Together, we wear pink for hope, strength, and everyone affected by breast cancer. 🎀

It may be fall, but we’re still having a Brat Summer here at Fait! 🌭🌭

As the seasons change, we’re taking a moment to thank our hardworking team for everything they do.

We also want to give a special shoutout to our summer workers who have headed back to school this month. Thank you for all your hard work this summer.

🌮 Thursdays are one of our favorite days of the week.

Every Thursday, the Fait family provides lunch for our associates—and this week we mixed things up with our friends at Los Compadres in Burlington, who brought the taco truck to us!

Good food, great company, and the chance to support a local business made for a pretty great afternoon.

A heartfelt thank you to the Fait family for making weekly lunches a tradition our associates look forward to, and to our friends at Los Compadres for the incredible food and hospitality. We appreciate you both!
