What an incredible evening at our Birth Wisdom Circle! ✨

Tonight, our guest speaker, Dr. Sabrina Thorpe, DPT took us on a deep dive into functional pelvic floor therapy for both birth and postpartum. We had an amazing turnout and such a wonderful, hands-on class filled with practical tools, meaningful conversation, and connection.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us. It was inspiring to see so many families investing in education and preparing for a healthy, empowered birth and postpartum experience.
