… and that’s a wrap!! 🥰 It was a full week of study, discussion and group practice centered on Patanjali’s Yoga Sūtra. We demystified the text, clarified context, and explored the modern day application of this wisdom. What a wise group! May these teachings inspire a conscious life and liberated mind🙏🔥📚

Welcome eclipse season! Full Solar eclipse in Leo will grace the skies on August 12 🔥

Eclipse season happens every 6 months when the Earth, Sun and Moon line up at the lunar nodes. Eclipses bring change and are a potent opportunity to work with the shadow realm (that which is unconscious) and integrate forgotten parts of ourselves back into the wholeness of our being.

According to Jyotish or Vedic Astrology all of our spiritual practices are exalted thousands of times during the eclipse window. Now is the time to anchor into your practices and community that support you to shine the radiance of your gifts into the world. We are all in this together and it’s up to us to make a new way forward!

August at LRY: STELLAR 💫

One of the reasons we switched to union. fit (we did it! thank you for your help.) was to improve our on-demand class and course library so that you can have access to the LRY teachings and teachers anytime, anywhere. Our on-demand library is shining bright, and we want to pass that glow onto YOU. There are 20 min, 45 min, hour long classes, as well as all different levels and styles. Now, we can connect with more people via the wider galaxy of the online universe.

We know August is a big month for vacation and travel. The online library is available to support you in following your flow and keeping us connected on the cosmic plane.
