Beautiful day out in the community with some of our residents at the Burlington Council on Aging, sharing the many benefits of being part of Stonebridge at Burlington.
Our residents enjoyed volunteering their time, connecting with others, and getting involved in the local community. We look forward to creating more opportunities like this to connect with local organizations and our neighbors!
