We were deeply touched to receive a kind letter from the family of this sweet woman pictured who called Ridgeview home. Their thoughtful words meant so much to our team.
Dear Autumn and staff,
My apologies for taking such a long time to write this note. Things in our lives were bumpy this winter and spring but hopefully we are now on the right path. We would like to thank everyone at Ridgeview for everything you did to ensure my mom felt safe, secure, welcomed, and at home. During her 15 month stay everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful. My mom was reluctant to join Activities at first, but with the encouragement from Tiffany, Autumn, Dana and many others who I know I’m missing their names, Mom felt comfortable joining in. Even though I visited Mom several times a week the staff was always vigilant and made sure to notify me if there was something Mom needed. When mom entered hospice care the staff came and visited her to support the entire family. I can’t thank everyone enough for all the excellent and compassionate care. Many of my peers are facing the same difficulties with their parents as I was facing with my mom. I will always recommend Ridgeview of Burlington as the best place for anyone’s loved one. Thanks is not enough for the love and support we felt, but we couldn’t have done it without each and every one of the staff at Ridgeview.
