Enjoy a 45 minute gentle yoga class with me, followed by a solar-themed sound bath with Cassidy from Lucid Lotus! You will also receive Reiki from Lydia & Thomas from Healing Haven/The Broom Closet during your relaxation, providing the ultimate restorative experience! It’s a great way to celebrate the new season!
