Today, we are proud to honor our Infection Preventionist, Will, as employee of the day due to his dedication and contributions to the Alamance team. Will has been a valued team member for over five years, demonstrating a strong commitment to maintaining the health and safety of our residents and staff.
Will shared that his passion for healthcare began with a deep interest in infectious diseases, which led him to pursue this important field. His knowledge and diligence play a vital role in our organization every day.
Outside of work, Will is a devoted father to three children—two boys and one girl—who keep him busy and fill him with pride.

In honor of Nursing Home Week, we are proud to recognize Brenda as our Employee of the Day!
Brenda has been a dedicated CNA for 21 years and has been a valued part of the Alamance team for the past 6 months. She consistently brings positivity and grace to our facility, making a meaningful difference in the lives of both residents and staff. Her warm spirit and compassionate approach are truly appreciated by all who have the pleasure of working with her.
Outside of work, Brenda is a proud mother of two boys and one girl. She shares that her “why” is simple yet powerful: “Everyone deserves to have love, feel love, and be loved.” This philosophy shines through in the care she provides every day.
