Where do you get legit, home-cooked food… without having to cook it yourself?
And here’s the best part — this wasn’t a holiday, a special event, or somebody’s birthday. This is everyday life at Wildflower.

People around the table. And nobody has to plan the menu, grocery shop, cook, or clean up afterward.
Because we believe you shouldn’t have to give up eating good just because you don’t want to cook anymore. We eat GOOD at Wildflower.

Let’s talk about independence with a little support

One of the biggest reasons independent living can be so beneficial for seniors is that it encourages them to keep doing the things they’re still perfectly capable of doing. If Mom or Dad has someone waiting on them 24/7, it can be easy to slowly become dependent on that person for everything.
1. Want a glass of water? “Someone will get it.”
2. Need something from the other room? “I’ll just wait.”

But those little everyday movements matter. Getting up, walking to the dining room, grabbing that cup of water, joining an activity, visiting with a neighbor — those things keep them engaged, active, and involved in their own lives.

Independent living isn’t about leaving seniors to figure everything out alone. It’s about creating an environment where they can do what they can, receive help when they need it, and maintain their independence for as long as possible.
