May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚 — a time to shine a light on the importance of mental wellness and the journey of substance abuse recovery.

At our center, we believe healing happens in connection, support, and moments of joy. This month we celebrated not only progress and resilience, but also the incredible strength it takes to choose recovery every single day.

We had such a great time giving away prizes, sharing lots of yummy snacks, and coming together as a community. These moments remind us that recovery isn’t just about hard work—it’s also about laughter, support, and creating new, positive memories.
