Staff Spotlight: Mike – Recovery Hero

At Abria Recovery, our team is the heart of what we do, and
Mike is no exception.

For the past 3.5 years, Mike has been making a meaningful impact as a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, helping individuals navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives with compassion, understanding, and hope.

Drawing from both professional training and lived experience, Mike meets people where they are and reminds them that recovery is possible, even when they may not believe it themselves.

When asked what has been most meaningful about his work, Mike shared:

"Being able to guide people safely on their journey home, back to themselves, their families, and a healthier future, has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life."

Jessica brings a rare combination of clinical expertise, operational excellence, and compassionate leadership. She oversees nursing operations, supports staff development, maintains high standards of care, and helps ensure each client receives safe, professional, and respectful support throughout the detox process.
