Today is random acts of kindness day, one truly worth celebrating.
Despite the way the world appears right now we must keep the balance.
These little things we do matter. Anything we can do matters, acts become energy and energy is quite literally, matter.
If you feel helpless, help someone. If you feel hopeless, help someone.
If you feel it is all pointless, help someone anyway until it shows you otherwise (and it will).

Your kindness is never, ever, wasted. Even if it is unseen, it matters. If you cannot physically help, send out your intentions. Send them out with all your might. They become.
