Today we're celebrating a very special young man—Declan S.!
Declan holds a unique place in our Family Chiropractic story. His very first adjustment took place when he was just a few hours old, and we've had the privilege of watching him grow ever since. From those newborn days to becoming the amazing young man he is today, it's been incredible to be a small part of his journey.
Whether he's on the baseball field, in the classroom, or stopping by the office, Declan continues to remind us how quickly time flies and how rewarding it is to care for families across generations.

This morning, we had the privilege of presenting Lisa with our Correction of the Month Candidate Certificate—and to say it was well deserved would be an understatement.
Lisa's journey has been nothing short of inspiring. She has lost an incredible 175 pounds, undergone two knee replacements, navigated gallbladder surgery, and through it all, she has remained committed to one thing: making her health a priority and staying consistent with her chiropractic care.
What makes Lisa's story so powerful isn't just what she's overcome physically—it's the perspective she's gained along the way.
As Lisa shared:
"Through Dr. Cotey's care, I began to understand that my body wasn't working against me—it had been fighting for me all along. That shift in mindset was powerful. It gave me a new level of respect for everything I had been through and everything my body had carried me through."

We had the chance to celebrate Amanda a little early yesterday, but today is her official birthday! 🥳
Amanda has been crushing her corrective care program and feeling fabulous. When we snapped this photo yesterday, she was already joking about the birthday sash and told us she had warned her coworker it was coming. In fact, when they pulled into the parking lot, she made a point to wave because she knew she'd be leaving with a sash on! 👑😂
