The Sherwood Oaks Neighbors Vigil Committee is deserving of our highest praise for receiving the 2026 Keystone Award for Best Practice from the Pennsylvania Assisted Living Association (PALA).

This award recognizes excellence, innovation, and resident-centered care in senior living communities throughout Pennsylvania.

Established in 2022, the committee consists of residents who are retired nurses, clergy, caregivers, and other compassionate individuals dedicated to serving and supporting residents at end-of-life.

We offer our sincerest appreciation to each of you for providing comfort and support to residents and their families. It is reassuring to know that our residents are offered your dedicated support and assurance that they do not need to face their final journey alone.
