💚 💚 We're Hiring! Honest First Personal Care Agency, LLC is looking for Community Outreach Coordinators! In an effort to reach more parts of Milwaukee's diverse community, Honest First is looking for individuals that fluently speak Spanish, Burmese, or the Karen languages. If you or someone you know can speak those languages, please call our office to learn more about what this position has to offer!

Job Summary:

The Community Outreach Coordinator is the outreach representative for Honest First Personal Care Agency, LLC. They are responsible for managing inbound referrals and inquiries. They must have excellent interpersonal skills to make connections and build relationships with the target client base. They will work alongside and report to the Office Management and Marketing Department in an effort to reach target goals.

Qualifications:

They candidate must be atleast 18 years of age and graduated highschool. A degree in the health field or social work is desirable but not required. Sale and or marketing experience is a plus. They must possess effective oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; demonstrate intermediate computer knowledge; possess te ability to utilize software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer; be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; and be able to work independently and as a team member.

Duties:

Recieves referrals and inquireies related to the agency's services.
Recruits a client base within the community.
Meet with Clients/Caregivers.
Provides general information to individuals and families regarding agency services.
Participates and or attends community events.
Completes patient intake information, copies insurance cards, verifies insurance eligibility, sends out MD orders, and assigns medical record numbers to patients.
Be a member of the quality assurance committee; attends quarterly meetings and maintains patient satisfaction survey log.
Assists with client retention by following up on all contacts for continued patient satisfaction.
Maintains a log of all the people that were contacted
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

4 hour shift
Day shift
Weekends as needed
