While we've enjoyed the month of October celebrating BCI employees our photo taking fell Short 😆.
We started the month by having a fall party of apple c***r and fall snacks, the next week games with gift bag prizes and an afternoon movie. Last week lunch was provided and a pumpkin painting session ( we got pics). Next week we kick off spirit week followed by a Halloween party. More pics 📸 to come!

💙 Help Us Celebrate Our Employees! 💙

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), and Bates County Industries is excited to celebrate our amazing employees all month long!

We are asking our wonderful community and local businesses to help us make October extra special by donating small gifts or giveaway items for our employees. 🎁

Ideas include gift cards, snacks, cups, water bottles, T-shirts, hats, promotional items, or other small goodies.

No donation is too small! Every contribution helps us recognize the hard work and accomplishments of our employees.

💙 Thank you for supporting Bates County Industries and helping us celebrate the abilities and contributions of individuals with disabilities in the workplace!
