An essential part of our mission is to continually innovate how people experience senior living - now including how healthcare is delivered within our communities.

Together with SCAN Health Plan, we’re advancing a more coordinated approach that brings healthcare closer to home and more closely connects medical care with the day-to-day support residents receive in our communities along with two co-branded Medicare insurance plans available for eligible residents in select Oregon communities beginning Jan 1, 2027.

“The healthcare system has become increasingly complicated for older adults and their families to navigate. The time is now to create a smoother, more connected experience,” said President Brenda Connelly.

The new care model brings together onsite primary care, 24/7 clinical support, coordinated care transitions, and proactive, personalized care - helping simplify access to care, improve coordination among providers, and support residents in maintaining their health and independence.

It’s an important next step in our shared commitment with SCAN to creating a healthcare experience designed around the needs of senior living residents.

Join us in celebrating The Springs at Tanasbourne for an incredible accomplishment receiving four deficiency-free state surveys for assisted living, memory care, and two kitchen inspections.

State officials conduct these inspections as part of their oversight of senior living communities, reviewing standards of care, safety, and quality of life. A deficiency-free survey means no deficiencies were identified during the inspection — a meaningful accomplishment that reflects the team’s commitment to maintaining high standards.

A special thank you to the entire Tanasbourne team for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to providing exceptional care and service to those they serve.

Achieving four deficiency-free surveys in such a short period is a remarkable accomplishment and a true reflection of the teamwork and dedication throughout the community.

💜 Small Acts of Kindness, Big Hearts! 💜

Our wonderful memory care residents recently put their hearts and hands to work creating handmade tie baby blankets to donate to New Hope Clinic Butte! 🍼🧸

Each blanket was made with love, care, and the beautiful spirit of giving that makes our residents so special. What a meaningful way to share kindness with families in our community and help welcome little ones into the world with something soft, warm, and handmade just for them.

We are so proud of our residents for finding such a heartfelt way to give back. This special project reminds us that no matter our age or stage of life, we all have something wonderful to offer others.

Today, we announced a strategic co-development partnership with PointClickCare to help shape the next generation of care intelligence for senior living. This marks PointClickCare’s first direct co-development partnership with a senior living operator.

This partnership goes beyond selecting a technology provider. Together, we’re developing AI-powered solutions that combine extensive healthcare data with the real-world experience of our frontline team members and clinicians to help improve quality, strengthen decision-making, and create a more connected experience for everyone involved in a resident’s care.

Speaking in front of others takes courage, and her willingness to share her experiences is a beautiful reminder of the power of advocacy, resilience, and the importance of being heard.

🍂🥧 A Taste of Fall, A Treasure Trove of Memories!

There’s something special about the smell of a homemade fall treat baking in the oven. Today, our memory care residents spent time in the kitchen creating a little autumn magic, and along with the delicious smells came something even sweeter — memories.

As we mixed, stirred, and shared stories, many of our residents found themselves reminiscing about the days when they cooked for their families, baked their favorite recipes, and gathered loved ones around the kitchen table.

Because sometimes, the sweetest part of the recipe isn’t the treat itself — it’s the memories made along the way.

As open enrollment begins for Springs Advantage and Springs Together I-SNP health plans, we’re celebrating our very first member: Fancho Stubblefield, father of our founder and CEO, Fee Stubblefield.
