Today we are doing colorectal screenings at the office via a blood test called, SHIELD and this is for 45 years of age to 85 and you are welcome to walk in from 9 am to 11:45 am and 12:45 pm to 3 pm today! You do have to be an established patient here, in order for us to order it and 9/10 patients have no out of pocket cost. We have a team here today to see if you qualify, so you are welcome to walk in with no appointment!

Also we will have our next day for this on Wednesday July 8th at the same times!!!

We will have another day of colorectal screenings that are a blood draw and that are billed to your insurance on Wednesday June 10th from 9 am to 11:45 am and 12:45 pm to 3 pm! This is for any patient of average risk for colorectal cancer ages 45-85 and they also have a multi cancer screening test available. This is for our established patients and if you’re not an established patient you’re welcome to schedule a visit here, so we can order this for you and for follow up!

We were missing a few, but still had SUCH a great dinner with some of our favorite people ❤️

Next stop… STAFF RETREAT! 🎉 We’re so excited to spend some time together recharging and bringing back even more great energy for all of you!

Here’s what next week looks like:
📅 Monday, April 27: 6 AM – 6 PM
📅 Tuesday, April 28: 6 AM – 4 PM

🚫 We’ll be closed Wednesday & Thursday (April 29th and April 30th) for our annual staff retreat.

📞 BUT — we’ve still got you covered! Our team will be available to answer calls, and telehealth visits will still be offered 💻

If you need anything while we’re away, just leave a voicemail and our team will get back to you as soon as possible!

Thanks so much for your support — we’ll be back refreshed and ready to go to our normal schedule on Monday, May 4th ✨

We are aware of a scheduling glitch that occurred today around 9 am that sent about 100 cancellations out right around the same time that the internet went out in Byesville, leading all the way to 2027. Appointments that were accidentally canceled will be corrected and our team is working on reaching out to patients. We have a consultant who is looking into this glitch and our IT team as well! If you or a family member were affected by this, please send a message in your patient portal or leave us a voicemail and our team will work on calling you back as soon as possible!

We did change our hours slightly and our new schedule is:
Mondays: 6 am to 6 pm
Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 6 am to 4 pm
Thursdays: 6 am to 3 pm
Fridays: Telehealth only and we offer telehealth after hours
We are closed for lunch from 11:45 am to 12:45 pm

Also just to let everyone know, Emily did put her notice in, so that she can pursue her endeavors of working in gastroenterology, a specialty clinic. She will be leaving in April. It’s possible this was part of the glitch or due to closing on Fridays recently. We are moving appointments daily to correct this, so that we can help you meet your healthcare needs!

We are still accepting new patients and accept all insurances!
