Happy Friday we hope your day has been a great one and we hope your weekend is just as good! When dealing with mental health problems thinking, mood and behavior could be affected including
- Biological factors such as genes or brain chemistry
- Life experiences, such as trauma or abuse
- Family history of mental health problems. -Having persistent thoughts and memories you can't get out of your head
-Thinking of harming yourself and others
-Inability to perform daily tasks like getting work or school
