Join members of our team at this wonderful one day conference in Saint Paul! Dr. Kathleen Massmann will be presenting and several team members including Jess Pusc and Nathan Laliberte will be in attendance.

I am honored to be presenting at this year's **All Things Grief Conference**.

My presentation, **"Bearing Witness: The Courage to Grieve Publicly,"** examines the role of witnessing in grief care and the profound impact that acknowledgment, presence, and validation have on the bereavement experience. In a society where grief is often misunderstood, minimized, or expected to remain private, we will explore how clinicians and communities can create spaces that honor loss rather than silence it.

Drawing from contemporary grief research, clinical practice, and thanatological perspectives, this session will consider how bearing witness to another's grief is not a passive act, but a meaningful therapeutic and human response. Together, we will reflect on how recognition can foster connection, reduce disenfranchisement, and support individuals and families as they integrate loss into their lives.

We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality, client-centered care and who value collaboration, professionalism, and continued growth. This opportunity is ideal for a therapist seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the support of an established practice.

Qualifications
•Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
•Minnesota licensure or eligibility for licensure
•Licensed clinicians (LPCC, LPC, LICSW, LGSW, LMFT, or equivalent) are encouraged to apply
•Pre-licensed clinicians seeking supervision and support while working toward independent licensure are also encouraged to apply
•Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
•Commitment to ethical and culturally responsive care

🍋 We were honored to sponsor Lemonade Day and support the next generation of entrepreneurs! 🍋

There is something inspiring about watching young people take an idea, learn new skills, and turn it into something real. This year, more than 580 young entrepreneurs participated in Lemonade Day, learning about budgeting, marketing, goal-setting, and what it takes to build a business from the ground up.

As business owners ourselves, we know that entrepreneurship requires courage, creativity, resilience, and a willingness to learn from both successes and setbacks. Seeing these young entrepreneurs put their hard work into action was a wonderful reminder that those skills can start at any age.

Today, on Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. We hold gratitude for their sacrifice and compassion for the families, friends, and communities who continue to carry their loss.

For many, today is also a reminder that grief and remembrance often exist side by side with celebration, gatherings, and tradition. If this day feels heavy for you, you are not alone. Grief has a way of showing up quietly in moments others may not always see.

As we remember those who served, may we also extend gentleness to ourselves and to one another.
