Spear Total Health I started in healthcare with a desire to help people in every, and any, way I could. I love to learn and I love to help. Learn from experience.

I have spent over 30 years of study and experience in chiropractic, fitness, wellness and nutrition to shape and mold my practice into what it is today. That is what you will get at Spear Total Health. In our practice you will see the beauty of healing and wellness for babies, kids, athletes, parents and older adults. We believe in the power of the adjustment to remove subluxations, improve health

and provide wellness to all who seek it. If your need is health and weight management, recovery from an injury, prevention of injuries, better performance, or even anti-aging, we are the place.

Due to the declining weather conditions, we will be CLOSED this afternoon.

I was monitoring to see what the turn out would be this morning. As expected not many people are out and about today. With the declining road conditions I am not surprised. If you have an urgent need for an adjustment please reach out through our page and I will do my best to meet with you.
