STEP ONE: SLOW DOWN YOUR LIFE
(An overwhelmed schedule often creates an overwhelmed nervous system)
STEP TWO: TALK TO GOD HONESTLY
(Prayer releases burdens that were never meant to be carried alone)
STEP THREE: REST YOUR MIND ON TRUTH
(Fear grows when your mind feeds on worst-case scenarios instead of God’s promises)
STEP FOUR: CARE FOR YOUR BODY
(Fatigue, stress, and exhaustion can intensify anxiety and emotional strain.)
STEP FIVE: STOP FIGHTING TOMORROW TODAY
(Grace is given for today’s burdens- not imaginary future disasters.)

The truth is we all do, and I am glad God loves us and wants to help us when we get that way. May we be like the psalmist who said “when my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I.” (Psalm 61:2)
