Beginning in August, Nutrition Response Testing appointments will be available during our regular office hours!

Previously, Nutrition Response Testing appointments were only available on Fridays. Starting in August, our current nutrition patients will have greater scheduling flexibility with appointments available throughout the week during regular office hours.

We currently have two openings remaining in July for patients interested in getting started with Nutrition Response Testing.

Call our office for more information or to schedule one of the two remaining July openings!

* We currently can only accommodate our chiropractic patients for nutrition response testing. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Dr. Sims is putting on his dancing shoes again for a great cause, the Cadillac YMCA Annual Fundraiser!

This year marks the 15th anniversary of Dancing With the Y Stars, and the celebration is bigger than ever with an All Star cast featuring 16 dancers who have participated in previous years.

The dancers are excited to once again support the YMCA and help make its programs accessible to everyone in our community through scholarships, youth programming, Wex Express bus transportation to and from they Y, and so much more.

Dr. Sims will take the stage on October 10 with his new dance partner, Renata, and choreographer, Mackenzie.

A huge thank you to all of the dancers and choreographers for generously sharing their time and talents to support our community. ⭐️

Dr. Brian Sims of Sims Chiropractic Wellness Center is your 2026 Red Hot Best Award Winner for Chiropractor in the Cadillac, Manistee, and Ludington area for the second year in a row! 🔥🔥

Thank you to our patients, families, and community for your continued support. We are incredibly grateful for the trust you place in our office and are honored by this recognition.

What makes this award even more special is that it comes during Dr. Sims' 20th year of serving Cadillac and the surrounding communities. For two decades, it has been a privilege to care for our neighbors, help families stay active and healthy, and be part of this wonderful community we call home.

Dr. Sims and Robin had a great time at Mackinaw Trail Middle School today for Career Day!

We enjoyed teaching students about chiropractic care, how the nervous system works, and why keeping the body functioning properly matters. The hands on activities made learning fun for everyone.
