Last weekend, the 2026 Dancing with the Y All-Stars took the stage! This is the largest fundraiser for our local Cadillac Area YMCA, and this year was extra special.

For our All-Star edition, 16 dancers, 8 couples, returned to the dance floor after participating in one of the previous 14 years of Dancing with the Y Stars.

Thank you to everyone who supported this event and helped raise money for our local YMCA. Your support makes a difference in our community!

Nutrition education last week & WMISD wellness fair tomorrow.
Our office is getting right back into the swing of things as summer is slowly ending.

Last night was such a great reminder that health and wellness go far beyond the four walls of our office.

We had the opportunity to learn more about how the nutritional supplements we use in our office are made, from the greenhouse, to the farm, to processing and shipping. All of this takes place right in Wisconsin on an over 800 acre certified organic farm.

It was pretty incredible to see how much care and attention goes into every step of the process.

And we are just getting started.

In October, we will be hosting our next class, Building Your Wellness Toolkit. We will talk about nutrition, healthy habits, movement and exercise, managing stress, and preparing ourselves for the busy holiday season and beyond.

Then in January, we will talk about how to support your body's natural detoxification processes.

A special thank you to Cadillac Habitat for Humanity for making their new community space available for gatherings and educational opportunities like this. We are excited to be able to use this beautiful space to connect with our community outside of our office.

Our goal at Sims Chiropractic Wellness Center is to go beyond the four walls of our office. We want to educate, encourage, and walk alongside our community, as we all work toward better health and wellness.

Because we believe wellness is a journey, and you should not have to walk it alone.
