Wexford Adolescent Wellness Center School based health center in Wexford County to provide health care and mental health services for adolescents ages 5-21 years old.

We have three locations within Wexford County:
The Annex Building: 532 Haynes St. Cadillac, MI 49601
Manton High School: 105 5th Street, Manton, MI 49663
Mesick High School: 581 Clark Street, Mesick, MI 49668
