Looking for a PRN Sterile Processing Technician to join our team!

This position is an important part of what happens behind the scenes in our surgical areas. You’ll work closely with our surgical and procedural teams to help make sure instruments, trays, case carts, supplies and equipment are where they need to be and ready to go.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, pays attention to the details and enjoys working as part of a team.

We had a great time helping feed the Harrison Central Jr. High football team earlier today! It’s always fun to be able to show up for our local students and cheer them on.

Nursing leaders from Wheeling Hospital, Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Wetzel County Hospital, Barnesville Hospital, and Harrison Community Hospital recently came together for a Nursing Leadership Bootcamp focused on strengthening leadership skills, building connections, and sharing best practices.

The interactive session provided an opportunity for leaders to learn from one another, explore practical leadership strategies, and discuss the opportunities and challenges facing nursing teams today. Participants also built meaningful connections with colleagues across the North Region, strengthening collaboration and fostering a shared approach to nursing leadership.

It was a valuable opportunity to invest in our nursing leaders and equip them with the tools, connections, and perspective needed to support their teams and continue advancing excellence in nursing across the North Region.

Don't forget to register for our next Food for Life Program - Your Body in Balance - Foods & Mood! 🍎

The program will be on Wednesday, October 7, 2026 from 5pm - 7pm in the hospital cafeteria.

This class examines how specific dietary changes work to bring hormone levels into balance. Participants will learn strategies for hormone-related conditions they can apply in their daily lives. Additionally, the class features a cooking demonstration, along with handouts of easy and affordable recipes participants can prepare at home.

Registration is required and the deadline to sign up is tomorrow, September 30th!
