We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Pharmacist with Director-level responsibilities to lead our pharmacy operations while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed pharmacist who is passionate about clinical excellence, leadership,

JOB SUMMARY:
Clinical & Pharmacy Practice
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with legal and professional standards.
• Provide medication counseling and clinical advice to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
• Review prescriptions for appropriateness, interactions, and contraindications.
• Administration of 340b drug program
• Promote safe and effective medication use through patient education and medication management.
Leadership & Director Duties
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory
requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
• Develop and implement pharmacy policies, procedures, and quality improvement
initiatives.
• Manage inventory, procurement, budgeting, and cost-control measures.
• Ensure adherence to accreditation standards and pharmacy best practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Current and unrestricted pharmacist licensure.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy experience, including leadership or management
responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, medication safety, and quality assurance.
