In this patient, our PA-C combined Juvéderm Volux® along the jawline with RF microneedling to the submental region for a comprehensive contouring approach.

★ What changed anatomically?
• Improved definition of the mandibular border (jawline)
• Enhanced projection and support along the angle of the mandible
• Creation of a cleaner cervicomental angle (the transition between the chin and neck)
• Reduction in the appearance of submental fullness beneath the jaw
• Improved separation between the face and neck, resulting in a sharper profile
• Increased light reflection along the jawline, creating a more sculpted appearance from multiple angles

Volux® was strategically placed to strengthen the bony framework of the lower face, while RF microneedling helped tighten and contract tissue beneath the chin, further revealing the jawline.
