Floor Lead/CNA (Medication Distribution Aid Certified a plus) Desire self-directed, outgoing, organized, high energy person to professionally carry out resident care duties, assist care team and management team in front-line leadership role. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to complete shift reports and effectively exchange and pass down information to others. Ability to efficiently multi-task to quickly assist management staff, residents, agency staff, and care team following government regulations and Company protocols. Must be willing to cover open shifts. Possess meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. CNA certification current and in good standing required. As required by government regulations, incumbent willing to be routinely COVID tested – vaccination preferred.
Hours: Full-time AM/PM/NOC Shift – must be willing to work evenings and weekends
Wage: Starting $13/hr. or above depending on experience and work history
