Purvis Chiropractic has been serving the Caldwell area for over 15 years. prices for those seeking chiropractic care that maybe uninsured or underinsured. Lena Saling, LMT offers massage therapy at a rate of $30 for a half hour and $55 for a full hour massage. We offer an infrared sauna at $7/session with discount packages available. We carry Biofreeze and various nutritional supplements. Dr. Purvis is also a Certified Medical Examiner for the FMCSA and does DOT Physicals for $80.
