Do you suffer from anxiety? Over stressed? So overwhelmed by work you can’t remember where you are supposed to be at a certain time? Hi. My name is Beverly. I’m going to share a true story with you. Last night, rather early this morning... around 2:15 am I suddenly woke- sat straight up in bed - my heart was racing - my breathing was irregular- my hands were shaking- I got up- got a drink of water and calmed myself by saying aloud “it was only a dream...it was only a dream...” but was it a dream? Or reality? I went over to my day planner and started searching.... there is was!!! Tuesday, April 13!!! My hair appointment! I actually could not remember if I had booked it or not!! What a relief!!! Does this ever happen to you?? How about with your massage appointments??? BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT, BE SURE AND BOOK THE FOLLOWING ONE! Avoid the stress!
