ποΈπ Ahimsa Means Love in Action πποΈ
The principle of Ahimsa teaches us to do no harm ~not only through our actions, but through our thoughts, our words, and the way we hold space for others.
True nonviolence is more than the absence of harm. It is the presence of compassion.
It is seeing the Divine in every being.
It is honoring each person's path.
It is recognizing that every soul deserves dignity, belonging, and the freedom to live authentically.
This Pride Month, Ahimsa Sanctuary celebrates the LGBTQ+ community and the sacred truth that love is not something to be feared or judged, but honored and respected.
Yoga teaches us that beneath our differences, we are connected. The illusion of separation dissolves when we meet one another with open hearts. What remains is love, understanding, and our shared humanity.
May we practice kindness where there has been judgment.
May we offer acceptance where there has been exclusion.
May we choose love where there has been fear.
The path of Ahimsa invites us to create a world where all people can be fully themselves and know they are welcomed, valued, and loved.
May all beings be happy.
May all beings be free.
May all beings know they belong. ππ³οΈβπβ¨
