I’m considering putting together a Wilderness First Responder course for the fall A destination, A purpose and a great freaking course. Over the decades this is one of my favorite courses and one of our first courses we started with at VAMS.
What I am looking for from you is commitment. If you are interested please comment with interested. Then I can start working this course up

64 hours. That's what TMPC is.

Not a weekend cert. Not a one-day overview. A full week of layered, progressive training that builds on itself every single day — classroom in the morning, lab work in the afternoon, field scenarios that put everything together under pressure.

Day one you're working hemorrhage control and airway management. By the end of the week you're running full casualty collection points, managing shock, burns, and pain in the field, and preparing casualties for evacuation. Every scenario is stacked on the last one.
