Take a slow, deep breath in...

Place one hand over your heart & one hand over your womb.

Breathe in: I am here.
Breathe out: I am safe within myself.

Again...

Breathe in: I choose myself.
Breathe out: I release what is no longer mine to carry.

And one more deep breath...

Breathe in: I am becoming.
Breathe out: I am already enough.

Now, feel your feet beneath you.
Feel the ground holding you.
Feel your body here, in this moment, in this life.

I honor the woman I had to become to survive.
I honor every wound, every shadow, every tear, & every version of me that carried me here.

I no longer need to be hardened by my past to be protected.
I no longer need to make myself smaller to be loved.
I no longer need to prove that I am enough.

I am enough.
I am worthy.
I am allowed to soften.
I am allowed to receive.
I am allowed to rest.
I am allowed to live.

I choose myself.
I trust myself.
I belong to myself.

I am not who I was when I was wounded.
I am who I chose to become while healing.

And today, I give myself permission to stop merely surviving & begin living the life my soul has been waiting for.

Take one final breath in...

I am here.

And slowly exhale...

I am home within myself.

I am whole.
I am sovereign.
I am free.

And I am so damn proud of the woman I have become.

09/06/2026

You're such a strong woman...

Words I've heard so many times, words that both make me feel proud and sad all at once... words that bring tears to my eyes because if they only knew how hard it was to become this woman I am today.

The pain, the loneliness, the trauma, the abuse... always feeling like I was too much, or never enough... the hurt that covered my heart in the thick walls of my shadows, trying to "protect" me from everything I have ever endured.

They don't know of the shell of a woman I once was... numb to my life, to my children, my husband, my friends, myself... fearing what would happen if I got too comfortable, too close, what would happen if I let the weight of my wounds out onto them... still worried I was too much & not enough all at the same time.

They don't see the woman who spent years, YEARS, dismantling everything that once felt "safe," even at the expense of me actually living presently in my world.

They never witnessed the tears, the screams of agony, the despair of uncovering my past wounds... of discovering when I was failed over & over again by those I was meant to trust.

They never saw the meltdowns, the begging for the pain to go away, the wishing I wouldn't wake from one morning to the next... the struggle of rebuilding on the ashes of a life that I no longer fit into... that I never truly fit into.

They haven't seen me raw, broken, & bared open... they haven't seen the woman who finally stopped running from her own shadows, the woman who sat with her pain instead of abandoning herself inside of it, the woman who learned that healing wasn't about becoming who she was before... it was about becoming someone she had never been allowed to be.

Whole.
Soft.
Powerful.
Present.
Sovereign.

They haven't seen the countless times I had to choose myself when every part of me wanted to disappear. They haven't seen me learn how to trust my own voice, how to set boundaries without apologizing, how to love without losing myself, how to receive without feeling undeserving.

They never saw the woman who had to learn how to rest without believing I had to earn it, how to feel my feelings without allowing them to define me, how to look at the woman in the mirror & finally recognize her, myself, for the first time ever in my life.

So when you tell me I'm a strong woman... I hear you and I understand why you say this.

But I also hear the story behind those words, every single story I hold in my soul. Because this strength wasn't something I was simply born with... it was forged through pain, through grief, through rage, through tears.

Through the uncomfortable unraveling of everything I once believed I had to be.

And still...

I didn't become strong because life was gentle with me. I became strong in spite of it. Because somewhere beneath all the pain, there was a woman who refused to abandon herself... a woman who kept reaching for herself, a woman who kept choosing herself, a woman who, even in her darkest moments, was still whispering...

"There has to be more than this... I am still here and I want to live!"

And she was right... there was. There is... and now I don't want to simply survive this life. I want to LIVE in it, THRIVE in it!

Fully.
Wildly.
Softly.
Sacredly.

With my whole heart open.
With my shadows beside me instead of hidden away.
With every scar reminding me that I made it here.

So yes... I am a strong woman.

But more than that... I am a woman who came back to herself over and over again, every single day.

And Goddess... I am so fu***ng proud of her, of me... and I always will be.

✨️Divine Feminine Rememberance✨️

Mary Magdalene

The Apostle to the Apostles

I am the bridge between heaven & earth.
I am fully human & fully divine.

Mary Magdalene embodies the capacity we all have to merge with the soul & receive divine guidance through a love that never ends.

Cynthia Bourgeault, a Episcopal priest & author to The Meaning of Mary Magdalene, uncovered that the Gospels of Thomas, Philip, & Mary Magdalene displayed that Mary was not only Yeahua's beloved companion, she was also his equal & taught right along his side.

Bourgeault believes that the Gospel of Mary holds Yeshua's divine teachings of passing through the seven stages of the soul to reach nous, or the highest point of the soul, & live as a fully divine human. This belief is why Bourgeault believes Mary was able to witness Yeshua's resurrection.

Legend then states that Mary traveled to the south of Francr to escape persecution & continue her ministry... some believe she was with child when she fled, baring the true blood of Christ within her womb, the Holy Grail. Whichever story you feel true to you, it is said that she carried the true message of Christ & lived within the full love that inhibits the human heart & far surpasses it.

Mary Magdalene represents that fierce & unwavering love she held within her heart... accessing the raw, vulnerable, beautiful parts of yourself & your soul. We too have access to this, my friend, the love of self that keeps us moving forward, healing, growing, learning... that same love that sheds away the layers of self that aren't our truth to find what always was.

She carries the teachings that we are divine & human... & it is through that human experince we find what it is truly like to be whole within ourselves.

Soul-Voice Meditation:

Where has my love not yet reached?

09/05/2026

Affirmations:

✨ I do not have to earn rest; I am worthy of it simply because I exist.

✨ I honor my changing energy & allow myself to flow with my natural rhythms.

✨ Rest nourishes my body, supports my healing, & gives me the energy to continue becoming.

Journal Prompts:

🌙 Where in my life have I been treating rest as something I must earn, rather than something I genuinely need?

🍂 What would change if I began honoring my body's need for rest before I reached the point of exhaustion?

09/04/2026

You do not have to earn your rest, my witchy darling.

You don't have to finish everything. You don't have to prove you're exhausted enough. You don't have to burn yourself out before you're allowed to stop.

Rest is necessary.

Your body, your mind, your spirit, & your healing all require moments of stillness to restore, replenish, & integrate.

Especially as we move through the luteal phase, we are being invited to turn inward… to soften our pace, tend to ourselves, & honor the wisdom of our changing energy.

Cyclical living isn't about forcing yourself to show up the same way every day, my friend... that is a socially constructed lie.

It's about learning to flow with yourself rather than constantly fighting against yourself... that is our true nature.

Rest keeps you from running on empty. Rest creates space for healing. Rest allows your energy to regenerate. Rest helps you continue your path without abandoning yourself along the way.

So today, let yourself pause.

Not because you've done enough... but, because you are worthy of being cared for even when you haven't done a damn thing. 🖤

Your rest is not a reward.

It is a natural part of the rhythm... it is a protest against the forced lie of how we "should" be and allows us to actually be true to ourselves 🌙✨

6. Last Quarter Moon

It's Safe to Slow Down

It takes trust, my witchy friend, to relax into the process of growth, manifestation, personal expression, & healing. The Last Quarter Moon brings the energy & opens the space for you to deepen your trust within yourself & flow within your cyclical life.

The Last Quarter Moon reminds you that it is ok to slow down, it is ok to go within and tend to your own garden, it is ok to give yourself the time & attention necessary to relax, reflect, & reclaim your energy & power. It is time to create a safe space for yourself, for the ritual of self-care & devotion... to make you a priority to you.

The resistance you may feel to slowing down & caring for yourself is a clue, a road map towards aspects of self that still need your attention. Sit with this feeling, ask yourself what is it trying to show you, to teach you... how can you relinquish this resistance & surrender to rest & reflection... how can you put you first, if even for a moment.

You aren't broken nor weak to need space & time to relax, my witchling friend... you've only been programmed to believe you are. And now, now it's time to re-write that programming to better serve yourself.

Journal Prompt:

In what area of my life do I most desire to slow down?

09/04/2026

Luteal Affirmations:

✨ I trust the wisdom found within my quiet seasons.

✨ I lovingly release what I no longer need to carry.

✨ I welcome the darkness as a sacred space for healing, reflection, & transformation.

Journal Prompts:

🍂 What am I being invited to release right now, & what might become possible when I finally let it go?

🌙 What is my inner darkness revealing about the parts of myself that need more compassion, tending, or healing?

09/03/2026

Autumn & the luteal phase speak the same sacred language.

The trees release what they no longer need.
The earth turns inward.
The days grow darker.
Nature begins to rest.

And within our womb cycles, the luteal phase invites us into that same energy.

Go within. Tend to yourself. Listen deeply.

This is the season of releasing what has completed its purpose... old stories, patterns, beliefs, expectations, & versions of yourself you no longer need to carry.

The darkness isn't something to fear.

It is an invitation to meet yourself in the shadows… to discover what still needs tending, what is ready to be healed, & what is quietly making space for what comes next.

You don't have to know what you're becoming yet.

For now, simply allow yourself to shed.

Like the trees, trust that releasing does not mean losing yourself.

Sometimes it is how you make room for the next version of you to bloom. 🍂🖤🌙

16. Fall

I Am Divinely Supported

Fall, a time of shorter days and longer nights as the sun's power begins to wane, bringing in balance & understanding that life cannot remain within the energy of summer time. We live in a cyclical world, always rising & falling in energy, continuing to flow in perfect harmony.

Fall is a time of release, of going in deep & letting go of everything that no longer serves you... showing you, symbolically, how beautiful this very act can be. Fall asks for stillness, discernment, & to take stock in what you have & what you will need in the coming seasons.

Just like fall, you are also being asked to follow the natural flow of your cycles... to go deeper within your own self, & release what no longer serves you at this time. Because, my friend, we cannot attract what we desire into our lives without first making room for ot to thrive. We must prepare ourselves internally as well as externally for what we are bringing into our lives.

This time of shorter days & longer nights grants us that opportunity to do just that, to reflect on our mental & emotional needs, & to focus on ourselves in whatever way necessary for our own growth... so we may thrive in the world we are building.

Lean into the support of this season, it is here to help guide you.

Journal Prompt:

Where in my life could I use some support? Who or what can I call on for this?

09/02/2026

🌹 Luteal Affirmations:

✨ I can meet my shadows with compassion rather than judgment.

✨ I trust my emotions to reveal what deserves my attention.

✨ I am whole in both my light & my shadow.

📖 Journal Prompts:

🌙 What emotion, wound, or trigger keeps asking for my attention, & what might it be trying to teach me?

🌙 Where in my life am I ready to strengthen a boundary, soften a boundary, or release a belief that no longer reflects who I am?
