Some of the best conversations happen around the lunch table. 💚

Our Ladies Lunch Bunch enjoyed a wonderful afternoon at Cyra's - Simple Goodness in Dalton, sharing stories, laughter, and plenty of time together. On the way home, they took the scenic route down Highway 41, enjoying the beautiful views and reminiscing about memories along the way. 😊✨

There's something special about spending time with friends, exploring the community, and making new memories together. Days like these are a wonderful reminder that it's often the moments in between that mean the most.

Game on… it’s Sports Mania month at Morning Pointe Senior Living! 🏈⚾🏀 June will be filled with favorite team spirit, friendly competition, sports-themed activities, and plenty of conversation sparked by the games and traditions residents still love.

With Father’s Day this month, Sports Mania also gives us a chance to celebrate dads, grandfathers, and the moments families have shared around sports through the years. 💙 Whether it’s talking about favorite teams or remembering games watched together, those experiences have a way of bringing people together.

June is bringing the energy to Morning Pointe Senior Living. ☀️🏈🇹🇭

Sports Mania is taking over this month with favorite team traditions, friendly competition, and Father’s Day fun woven throughout the calendar. Morning Pointe in Motion is also heading to Bangkok, Thailand, where vibrant street food and cultural experiences will inspire this month’s travels and tastings. 🍜

June will also include opportunities to honor D-Day and Flag Day, celebrate CNA Appreciation Week, recognize Father’s Day, and support The Longest Day as communities raise awareness for Alzheimer’s and those impacted by dementia. 💜

Summer is officially underway, and the month is filled with meaningful moments, celebrations, and opportunities to get involved.

Tea, treats, and great conversation made for a beautiful afternoon together. ☕🌸 Ladies gathered for a special tea party featuring croissants with chicken salad, cucumber sandwiches, fresh berries, cheese, crackers, and plenty of sweet treats.

One of the highlights of the day was enjoying elegant tea cups and being served by the director team, making the afternoon feel extra special. Laughter, stories, and meaningful moments shared among friends filled the room from start to finish. 💖

A little glamour, a little dancing, and a whole lot of smiles. ✨💃🕺

Residents enjoyed a magical Senior Prom filled with music, laughter, sweet treats, and special moments with friends, families, and associates. From getting pampered before the big event to walking the red carpet and dancing the night away, it was an evening to remember.

A heartfelt thank you to Maci for helping with decorations, Susan for styling the ladies' hair, Hearth Hospice for providing the music, Willowbrook Hospice for the beautiful dresses, Homespun Hospice for the roses, Spirit Hospice of Georgia for the sweet treats, and the Gordon County Sheriff's Office County Sheriff's Office for escorting our ladies down the red carpet and making them feel like stars. ❤️

Moments like these are made possible by an incredible community coming together to celebrate our residents.

We want to say thank you to Jennifer with Appalachian Hospice for helping with our May Community Birthday Celebration! 🎂💜 Everyone always enjoys cake and ice cream, and Sprite is definitely one of our residents’ favorite drinks. 😊

Here at Morning Pointe of Calhoun, we do more than just sing to residents on their birthdays — we celebrate together with a community birthday party each month. It’s such a wonderful way to keep everyone involved, create special memories, and make each resident feel like family. 🎉✨

We also loved getting to celebrate alongside our volunteer Maci, who always brings smiles and joy to our residents. We are so thankful for community partners and volunteers who help make these celebrations extra special! 💙
