You may have already spotted a new face around the office.

Dr. Heidi's Georgia chiropractic license is official. We're just waiting on one last piece of paperwork — malpractice insurance — before she starts seeing patients. In the meantime, she's working alongside our team as a chiropractic assistant and learning Jane, our scheduling system, so your visits run smoother.

Same bedtime, same wake-up time, every day — weekends included. Your body runs off that rhythm more than anything else you do for sleep.

Pick times you can actually hold, and give it two weeks before you decide whether it's working.

August is National Wellness Month and we'd rather talk about one habit than a whole overhaul.

Hydration is the easiest one to let slide by the end of the summer. If you're reaching for coffee before water most mornings, try flipping the order for a week. That's it. Small, boring, and it works.
