September is Su***de Prevention Month—a reminder that sometimes the most important conversations are the ones we’re afraid to start.

You don’t need the perfect words. You don’t need to know how to fix someone’s pain.

Sometimes, prevention starts with a simple question:
“How are you, really?”
Listen without judgment. Stay a little longer. Let someone know they don’t have to carry it alone.
