Back-to-school brings new opportunities, but it can also bring new stressors for children, teens, and families.

As parents and caregivers, one of the most powerful things we can offer is connection. By creating space for conversations, validating emotions, and noticing changes, we help children build confidence and resilience.

If your child or family needs additional support navigating challenges, help is available.

Young people aren’t simply preparing for the future.

They are already shaping it!

Their ideas, relationships, creativity, leadership, and resilience will influence the families and communities around them for generations to come.

But every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive and that starts with recognizing the context they come from while supporting the aspirations we share.

This International Youth Day, let’s invest in youth mental health, connection, and belonging.

Because supporting young people today helps build stronger communities tomorrow.

We’re honored to share that we’ve been selected as a 2026 Breakaway Fund!

This investment will help strengthen the systems that connect more individuals and families with the care and support they need, allowing us to better serve our community and advance our mission.

We’re proud to be among the organizations receiving support through this year’s granting initiative, representing $15 million invested in nonprofits strengthening capacity, expanding opportunity, and improving quality of life across Orange County.

Thank you, , for investing in our work and in the communities we serve.

Today, we honor and celebrate fathers and father figures-the dads, mentors, caregivers, and role models who provide love, guidance, strength, and support in the lives of others.

We also recognize that Father's Day can bring a mix of emotions. For those grieving a loss, navigating a difficult relationship, missing someone they love, longing to become a parent, or carrying complicated feelings today, we see you.

Whatever this day means for you, your experience is valid. Be gentle with yourself, make space for your feelings and know that you do not have to carry them alone.

Wishing peace, connection, and support to all who need it today.

Happy Father’s Day. 🌟

Too many men have been taught that carrying the weight alone is what strength looks like. But real strength isn’t ignoring the stress, burying the anxiety, or suffering in silence.

It’s having the courage to be honest about what you’re carrying and taking steps toward support when you need it.

This Men’s Mental Health Month, let’s challenge the idea that vulnerability is weakness.

Conversations save lives. Connection matters. Help is available. If you’re struggling, you don’t have to do it alone.

Check in with yourself. Check in with the men in your life.

Start the conversation.

Our team is here to help. Reach out to learn more about available mental health services and support.

Not every battle is visible. Not every act of courage is loud.

Sometimes resilience whispers, ‘you can heal.’

For those living with PTSD, courage often looks like facing difficult memories, navigating triggers, showing up to therapy, or choosing to keep moving forward one day at a time. The healing journey isn’t linear, and it is far from easy, but it is possible.

This PTSD Awareness Month, let’s challenge the stigma, deepen our understanding, and remind those (or ourselves) who are struggling that they don’t have to carry it alone.
