Our hospital is a 12 bed, critical access hospital that provides high quality care to patients of all ages. At Callaway District Hospital the night shift covers from 6pm to 6am. Callaway District Hospital is looking for a Housekeeping/Laundry Full-Time Lead.
This individual oversees housekeeping and laundry operations, cost effectiveness, sanitation and labor management. Functions must be completed in accordance with all the standards, policies and procedures applicable to Callaway District Hospital. This individual is also responsible for monitoring and adhering to all state regulations. This full-time position comes with a $1,000.00 sign on bonus.
• Individuals must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required:
• • Ability to generate, read, interpret, and act as it relates to operational and maintenance and organizational policy/procedures
• • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
• • Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively to maintain good working relationships
• • Ability to work with skill in identifying problems; making frequent decisions regarding method of performance
