I've worked for a spa and a chiropractor, both very different but one similarity is that people kind of come and go. Tourist, special occasions & injuries.

But being on my own, I've been seeing some of the same people for 4-7 years. So when life happens and moves happen, it's literally the hardest part of my career. 😭😭😭

On a positive note: change is necessary for growth. 🦋 So after I'm done being melancholy, keep in eye out for my next move. 💪

I had to go through storms to get where I am. Even if I was the one who created those storms. 🙈

I graduated locally, here at Haney Tech in 2009 and didn't pursue this career until 2019. I had to experience a little bit of life and make mistakes in between those years.
.. and I'm grateful for those storms because it ultimately led me here!

I'm very happy to be here and to share the gift God gave me. I get to meet wonderful people and hear their stories. I continue to be humbled by others and pray I have 28 more years left in me. 😅

Our bodies are amazing. We have so many layers.

When someone tells me a specific spot hurts, I believe them and of course show love to that area. But other areas most likely need love too. Sometimes it can be referred pain, a problem area that sends pain signals elsewhere.

A good example: low back pain can be a sign of weak abdominals or some tight glutes!

Or

Headaches, stiff neck, shoulder pain: could be your pecs (chest), rounded shoulders, tight facial muscles, these lovely muscles right next your throat😣 or my favorite little spot lately (under the armpit) because wowzers.. Everyone hates that spot touched. 😅

Remember the song..🎶 The thigh bone’s connected to the hip bone.
The hip bone’s connected to the backbone.
The backbone’s connected to the neck bone.🎵

We are all connected! If your foot hurts, I bet your shoulder hurts as well. 😏 Get that full body massage! You won't regret it.
