As a designated USCIS civil surgeon, we conduct Immigration Physical Examinations and complete form I 693 following the currentTechnical Instructions published by the CDC. Program includes a comprehensive history and physical exam, Styku 3D body scan at baseline and for periodic measurements, DNA testing and Gut biome analysis (in partnership with Digbi Health), lab tests to rule out any underlyin

g medical disorders that may be related to obesity. Options for medication including phentermine and Semaglutide.
