Good news — we’re only about 3 minutes from our previous location! If you have any trouble finding us, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.

We are so excited for our families to see our new space! With more room for both our kiddos and therapists, we can’t wait to continue growing and serving our community in this updated facility. 🌱

When you arrive, you’ll find our waiting room immediately to the left upon entering. We kindly ask that parents and caregivers remain in the waiting room or their vehicle until your child’s therapist brings them out following their session.

✨ Last but certainly not least in our Speechie Spotlight series is our newest team member, Katie Bohannon! ✨

Katie joined us earlier this month after earning her Master’s degree from Murray State University, and she has jumped right in with confidence, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. Her ability to get on a child’s level and build meaningful relationships with families has been such a joy to witness.

Katie brings a positive light to every room she enters, and her kindness, energy, and passion for helping children shine through in everything she does. We’re so thankful she’s part of the Sprout family and can’t wait to watch her continue to grow in her career as a speech-language pathologist! 🌱

When asked her favorite thing about being an SLP, Katie shared, “Celebrating ALL milestones, even if they feel small, and being a light not only to the kiddos, but to their families as well.” We think that perfectly captures the heart she brings to our clinic every day. 🤍

✨ Next up in our Speechie Spotlight for the month of May is Mrs. Morgan ✨

Morgan is the other half of Hayes’ brain — and vice versa. 🤪 Alongside providing therapeutic interventions, she also helps manage the day-to-day administrative side of Sprout. From behind-the-scenes operations to creating content and managing our social media platforms, Morgan wears many hats — and somehow makes it all look effortless.

For the last seven years, Morgan has led with the mindset: “Love them first, teach them second.” That philosophy has shaped the way she connects with children and families and has made a lasting impact on so many of our kiddos.

“I truly believe if you love them first — and teach them second — you will see doors open that you never thought possible. Love and trust are the gateway to successful therapy outcomes. Some days, kids just need to be held, understood, and supported without the pressure of targeting goals.” 💚

As Morgan prepares to step into her newest role — motherhood — she will be temporarily stepping away from treatment. We are so excited for her and her husband, Noah, and cannot wait to meet their littlest sprout soon. She is going to be an incredible mama.

Morgan’s love for our patients, our families, and this clinic — alongside Hayes — is truly the heart behind Sprout Pediatric Therapy. We are endlessly thankful for all she does both inside and outside of the clinic walls. 🌱

✨ Next up in our Speechie Spotlight is Aliya Richards — soon to be Mrs. Aliya Clough ✨

Aliya joined the Sprout team full-time this January and brought with her 3 years of pediatric experience. She approaches each day with confidence and consistency, balancing therapy, documentation, and parent education with ease. Aliya has a natural ability to build strong connections with both our families and kiddos, making them feel supported every step of the way.

Most recently, she has also stepped into a supervisory role with our new clinical fellow, and we’re so grateful for the leadership, care, and dedication she pours into Sprout each day. Our team, families, and especially our kiddos are better because of her! 🌱

“My favorite part about being an SLP is the relationships I’m able to build with my kids and their families. I love getting to know each child individually, creating a space where they feel safe, encouraged, and supported, while working together with families to figure out what is truly best for them. I love watching a child gain confidence, communicate more effectively, and make progress over time. Being able to play even a small role in those moments and milestones is what makes this career so meaningful to me.” 🤍
