You know and love her already as our office manager, but did you know that Tess is a certified pilates instructor since 2020?

A little more about Tess: She is trained in reformer and mat pilates with additional training in pre and post natal care. Tess is known for having good tunes, being very helpful, and making you sweat! Tess loves that pilates is an effective, low impact workout that is for everybody and every body!

This event will be a 45 minute mat pilates class. Beginner friendly. This first event will be free, so don’t miss out! Space is limited!

We are hoping to host different events and businesses at the clinic periodically for the community.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Think mini workouts, pop up shops, wellness practices, workshops, crafts, education, etc.!

We will be rolling out our first few community hours soon, but if you know someone OR some business that would be a good fit please do not hesitate to tag them or send us a message.
